Uninstall Logitech GHUB from Mac

• Delete the G Hub application from /Applications
• Trash the entire folder lghub at ~/Library/Application Support/
• Trash ~/Library/Application Support/Logitech/Gaming/ghubDevices.json
• Trash settings.json from that same folder
